Translate Support Site

Our support pages have been provided in English, to translate to your desired language you can use the built-in translate function in your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots (menu) in the top right corner and select Settings.
  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Languages.
  3. Scroll down to the Google Translate section.
  4. Click Translate into this language to choose your default translation language.
  5. Turn Offer to translate pages in this language on or off, or add specific languages you never want translated. 
Microsoft Edge
  1. Click the three dots (menu) in the top right corner and select Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Languages.
  3. Toggle on Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language I read.
  4. You can check the box to automatically translate pages or add specific languages you never want translated. 
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click the three lines (menu) in the top right corner and choose Settings.
  2. In the General panel, scroll down to Language and Appearance.
  3. Under Translations, you can see your installed languages and their behaviors (Available, Enabled, or Blocked).
  4. Click Settings next to a language to configure how Firefox handles it.

Apple Safari

Safari translation is integrated directly into macOS and iOS system language settings: 

  1. Open your Mac System Settings and go to General > Language & Region.
  2. Make sure your preferred reading language is added.
  3. In the Safari app, you can click the Translate icon (the 'A' character) in the Smart Search field to translate whole pages instantly.
