Can dealers pay with credit card during order checkout?

Yes. Elastic offers the ability to accept credit card payments during order checkout. If the dealer has credit card payment enabled, they will have the option to enter their credit card details during checkout. As this functionality requires additional development work and configuration, please contact your Elastic Account Manager to discuss in more detail.

Can dealers login to view their invoices and make payments on their account balance?

Yes, Elastic also offers an Online Payment Portal as an add-on enhancement. Dealers can link directly from within Elastic B2B to their Elastic Online Payment Portal to view invoices, check their statement, and make payments to their account. Contact your Elastic Account Manager for a demo and to discuss the OPP (Online Payment Portal) in more detail.
